Can we choose a specific caregiver?Absolutely. We pride ourselves on matching the best caregiver to the client’s needs. That includes not just a caregiver’s skills and experience but also their personality and how they interact with the client.

What are your fees?The amount that you will pay would mostly depend on the service you need

When are your services available?We Provide flexible non-medical assistance 24/7

Are the caregivers your employees?Yes they are

Who pays the caregiver?We employ and pay our caregivers. This includes all payroll taxes to federal and local municipalities. You will not be liable to pay these taxes unless you hired a caregiver directly.

How do clients pay for your services?Non medical home care services are not covered by regualr health insurance or Medicare. Non medical home care services are paid for mostly by direct private pay from personal financial resources. In some cases LTC (Long Term Care) insurance does provide a benefit for non medical home care.

Do you charge overtime on holidays?In accordance with most U.S. employment practices, time and a half is charged for all holidays.
